Mytrip Customer Service Refused My Refund

The claims that Mytrip is cheaper than other places and that they care about customers are completely false. We purchased two airplane tickets from Mytrip but were unable to use them. I didn't even check in for the unused tickets. When I call, they just say they've forwarded my concern to the relevant department. Then they claim we used the tickets, so we're not eligible for a refund. It's all just to keep our money.
I specifically bought tickets with a refund option, yet they're telling me I can't request a refund. It's absurd. I personally waited 20 minutes to connect with customer service, and the answer I got was so unhelpful - they're not solution-oriented at all. This app is designed solely to take people's money.
