Mytrip Charges Extra for Alternative Flight After Airline Altered My Itinerary
I purchased a ticket through Mytrip for a SunExpress flight on December 17, 2025 from London Gatwick to Antalya and then to Çukurova Airport (Reservation/PNR: A3Y2U6). I paid $200 USD for the ticket with my credit card.
SunExpress changed my connection time in Antalya without my consent, and as a result I later learned I would have to wait at Antalya Airport for 24 hours and 15 minutes. I informed both SunExpress and Mytrip that I did not accept this change. SunExpress told me they could not help because I bought the ticket through Mytrip. Mytrip offered an alternative flight but demanded an additional $12 USD fee for it.

I am requesting an alternative with a reasonable layover and no extra fee. I’ve been communicating with both SunExpress and Mytrip for about 4 days, but both parties are blaming each other, and my situation has not been resolved.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue and I am seeking a solution. I request that I be offered either a suitable alternative flight with a reasonable wait time or another appropriate resolution, without paying extra fees.
