Mytrip and Turkish Airlines Refuse to Process Refund After Approved Cancellation

For my Montenegro–Istanbul flight scheduled between November 14–17, 2025, I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines through Mytrip (reservation code: SVML3R, ticket number: 2352278367921) for approximately $440 USD. Due to adverse conditions in Montenegro, Turkish Airlines granted passengers the right to cancel their tickets. However, because my last name change was processed by Turkish Airlines, Mytrip stated that they could not cancel my ticket. Turkish Airlines, on the other hand, informed me that the refund process must be handled only through the agency, Mytrip.

I contacted both companies multiple times, both in writing and by phone, but no solution was provided. I am requesting that my grievance be resolved and that my ticket price be refunded to me in full, without any deductions. Otherwise, I will initiate legal action.
