Gold-Plated Earrings From Myntra Return Took A Year Out Of My Life

My last purcahse, the Gold-Plated Stone-Studded Beaded Mangalsutra With Earrings from Myntra with 81% discount were never near what I say on the page, the product's quality broke my heart as it was almost crumbling in my hand, even though it was a big discount, I thought the craftsmanship and materials would be better, especially since the original price was so much more. Myntra also says it's easy to return and exchange items, can’t find the words how complicated it was to return it, customer service took a long time to help me, they did but days later really. I'm not happy with my purchase, never near being happy.
