I made a mistake in my MYKA order and need to cancel it. Whar are the cancellation rulesr?

It is possible to cancel a MYKA order, but you need to be aware of some conditions and time limits. The production process for your personalized items starts right away after you send in your order. Within a short window of up to two hours after placing your order, you must tell MYKA that you want to cancel it. After this two-hour window, MYKA will no longer be able to take cancellations. Instead, they let you exchange it or get store credit.
