I haven't received my MYKA order and also can't find it online under my email address. How can I get my order confirmed?

If you haven't received your MYKA order or can't find it online under your email address, try the following:

Your Order Confirmation Email contains the Order ID Number, which is essential for tracking your order. It usually starts "51******". Make sure you've checked your email for this confirmation. The Order ID Number is your main order status reference.

Verify your order email address for typos. Typos affect communication and prevent order confirmations and updates.

Sometimes legitimate emails are sent to spam, junk, or promotion folders. Check these email folders for MYKA communications. Search "[email protected]" for confirmation emails. Mark them as "Not Spam" in your email service to prevent recurrence.

Occasionally, orders may be held for further confirmation due to special characters in inscriptions, specific requests, or shipping address discrepancies. Such requests or unusual circumstances may have delayed confirmation.

Wait 24 Hours: Give your order 24 hours to process and be confirmed by MYKA. This waiting period allows the system to catch up after processing delays.
