Myiq.com Unauthorized Charge After Questionnaire

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge made by Myiq.com to my credit card and to request a full refund. I had completed a questionnaire on their site and had already refused and unsubscribed from any offer, so I do not understand why an amount of 44.99 was taken from my account on March 6. Following this charge, my bank advised me to resolve the issue directly with the merchant. However, I never knowingly validated a paid subscription or purchase with Myiq.com and I did not receive clear information about such a charge. I live in Canada and I consider this debit to be unjustified. I request the full refund of the 44.99 taken on March 6 and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card via Myiq.com. I also ask that my data and card details no longer be used for any further charges.
