I Want To Cancel My MyIQ Subscription
I am using a monthly subscription with MyIQ and recently discovered that I have been charged even though I was not aware that the subscription was still active. On 19 January, an amount of 45,187 KRW was withdrawn from my account unexpectedly, and I only realized this after checking my statement. I believe there have been at least two unexpected charges, and I did not clearly recognize that the subscription would continue and take these payments. Because of this, I would like my monthly MyIQ subscription to be cancelled immediately, and I request a refund for the unexpected charges that were taken without my clear awareness or consent to continue. I have already reached out regarding this issue but I have not yet received any response. I kindly ask that my subscription be terminated and that the unjustified payments be refunded to me as soon as possible.
