MyIQ Unauthorized PayPal Subscription Charges
I am writing regarding repeated unauthorized debits by MyIQ, although I have already requested several times in writing that the subscription be cancelled. I do not even know exactly for which product or service this subscription is supposed to exist, and I cannot log in with my email address to check it. Under the name Franziska D*** and the email address f.dann***[email protected], amounts of €9.99 have been debited from my account via PayPal, most recently on 20.01 and before that on 13.01, and this has been happening since October 2025. I have no access to any customer account, cannot access a cancellation portal, and have no way to stop the direct debit myself in order to receive any confirmation by email. I have already contacted MyIQ via PayPal (paypalmyiq). I was told that they would take care of it and withdraw the direct debit authorization, but nothing further has happened, and the debits continue. I therefore demand the immediate cancellation of this subscription, the immediate revocation of the direct debit via PayPal for the above-mentioned email address and name, the complete deletion of the associated customer account and written confirmation of the cancellation, account deletion and revocation of the direct debit. In addition, I request a review of the case and, if applicable, a refund of the amounts wrongly debited since October 2025. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly, as I have already made several cancellation attempts without success and currently have no possibility of managing or cancelling this alleged account myself.
