myiq.com/eu Makes Unauthorized Charges on Debit Card

Even though I did not make any purchase or give any authorization on the website myiq.com/eu, I noticed that unauthorized charges were made from my Akbank debit card. On December 13, 2025, there were two separate transactions on my account—one for $44 and another for $0—and both were made completely without my knowledge or consent.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Akbank, canceled my cards, and filed a transaction dispute. Despite taking these steps, I am still suffering from this situation. Unauthorized withdrawals from my bank account are completely unacceptable.
I am requesting that all amounts withdrawn from my account by myiq.com/eu be fully refunded, and that the inconvenience and damage I have experienced be properly addressed.
