MyIQ.com Unauthorized Credit Card Transaction Complaint

When reviewing my Ziraat Bank credit card statement, I noticed a charge of 1,439.07 TL made to myIQ.com on July 30, 2026. I have never requested or authorized any membership or payment from this company, yet an unauthorized transaction was made using my card.

Since I did not make this purchase, I request that the transaction be thoroughly investigated and that the full 1,439.07 TL charged to my card be refunded to me. I also request that the necessary security checks be conducted regarding this transaction and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent a similar situation from happening again.
