Complaint About MyIQ Payment Refund
Today, an amount of 24,99 Euro was debited from my PayPal account by myIQ as part of a subscription that was not clearly recognisable to me as a subscription at the time of the first payment. At the beginning, I only used the service once and paid 1 Euro for it, assuming it was a one‑time payment and not an ongoing subscription. I did not knowingly authorise a subscription with recurring payments, and I therefore consider the debit of 24,99 Euro to be unjustified. I request a prompt refund of the 24,99 Euro and the cancellation of any subscription or automatic renewal linked to my data.
