MyIQ Unauthorized Payment Twice On My Bank Account

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges taken by the My IQ mobile app through their website. On January 7, 2026, I was charged $44.99 for a subscription that I did not want. I previously canceled this subscription twice, yet the payment is still being taken from my account, and I only noticed it again when checking my bank statement. The charge was made using a card ending in 7912. I have not yet been able to reach your customer service, but I consider these recurring charges to be unauthorized, as I had already cancelled the subscription before. I am very frustrated that I now have to wonder whether I need to change my bank card just to stop these unwanted payments. I request a full refund of the $44.99 taken on January 7, 2026, and confirmation that my subscription is fully canceled so that no further charges will be made to my card ending in 7912. I would like written confirmation that my data and card details will not be used for any future billing without my explicit consent.
