Asking For MyIQ Refund
On December 25, 2025, an amount of 44.99 $ was charged to my Visa card ending in 9658 by MTIQ.COM/CA. I never accepted or approved any registration or subscription to your program. I only intended to pay for the IQ test, for which you had already charged me 0.70 $ twice on December 18, 2025, and I did not agree to any additional fees beyond that. This 44.99 $ charge for a registration or subscription that I did not knowingly accept feels misleading and unauthorized. I consider this situation unacceptable, as I believed I was only paying to see my IQ result, not to be enrolled in any ongoing service. I request a full refund of the 44.99 $ charged on December 25, 2025, and I ask that any registration or subscription linked to my card be cancelled immediately so that no further amounts are taken.
