MyIQ Unauthorized Charge After IQ Test Purchase

I paid 49 TL for the results report of an IQ test I completed on the MyIQ website. During the payment process, I realized that my card information had been stored in the system without my permission, and I explicitly did not authorize this information to be used for any future transactions. Despite this, approximately one week later, on August 28, 2026, I discovered an unauthorized charge of 1,334.62 TL on my Yapı Kredi bank card.

I was not shown any confirmation screen for this charge, nor was I asked to provide any SMS or other form of verification. I did not request any additional service, subscription, or membership, and I do not accept this charge. I consider the transaction completely unauthorized and unjustified.

I request the immediate and full refund of the 1,334.62 TL charged to my card, excluding the 49 TL report fee that I originally paid for the IQ test results. I also request that my card information be completely deleted from your systems. I expect this issue and the resulting financial harm to be resolved immediately.
