MyIQ Misleading Charges On IQ Test

On 26 April, I used the IQ TEST service directly on Xolve’s website, where the test was initially advertised as a low-cost service. Only after proceeding did it suddenly show a recurring charge of 29.99 pounds sterling per month, which I found to be misleading and not clearly stated upfront. As soon as I saw that it was actually a 29.99 pounds monthly subscription, I immediately cancelled the same day because I suspected the offer was not genuine and did not match the way it had been presented. I have not been able to find clear contact details for customer service, so I am raising this complaint here. I request a full refund of the 29.99 pounds sterling, as I cancelled on the same day after realizing the actual monthly cost and I believe the pricing was not transparently communicated on the website.
