MyIQ Auto-Renews Subscription Without Approval—Refund Requested
I am writing to report an unauthorized auto-renewal and a charge of $29.99 by Myiq, even though I did not give my consent for this renewal. I was not clearly informed about any upcoming renewal and did not approve the continuation of the subscription. After noticing the charge, I contacted Myiq customer service, but I was told that they were unable to find my subscription or the related transaction. To help them locate it, I can confirm that the last four digits of the card used for this payment are 3822. I request that my Myiq subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further automatic renewals or charges be made to my card. I also expect Myiq to investigate this payment and resolve the issue promptly.
