MyIQ Unauthorized Debit Subscriptions

I am writing regarding an unauthorized subscription renewal made on myiq.com, even though I only intended to make a one-time payment for a final result and never chose to subscribe. On January 30, a charge of $44.99 was taken from my debit card for a subscription renewal that I did not knowingly approve or request. I used the Canadian version of the myiq.com website, and my intention was strictly a single, one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. I request a full refund of the $44.99 that was charged without my explicit consent and the cancellation of any active subscription or auto-renewal linked to my account and debit card. I also expect written confirmation that no further automatic charges will be made to my payment method. I kindly ask that this situation be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
