MyIQ.com Unauthorized Charge Complaint
I am writing regarding an unauthorized renewal charge to my MyIQ.com subscription through PayPal in the amount of $29.99 on 3/17/21. I did not authorize this renewal and was not intending to continue the subscription. When I noticed the charge, I contacted my credit card company first, but they informed me that I needed to resolve this issue directly with the vendor, MyIQ.com. I then tried to find a way to contact MyIQ.com, but I could not locate any clear or direct customer support channel, which has made resolving this problem very difficult. I request a full refund of the $29.99 that was charged without my authorization, the immediate cancellation of my MyIQ.com subscription so that no further charges are made in the future, and a confirmation email stating that the subscription has been cancelled and no additional payments will be taken from my account.
