My IQ Online Test Leads to $43 Unauthorized Transaction

On February 8, 2026, at 2:49 a.m., I noticed that my Akbank card was charged $43 in connection with the My IQ website, without my knowledge or permission. I was not presented with any approval screen, notification, or clear agreement regarding these charges.

I had previously only taken a single test on the My IQ website. Other than that, I do not recall approving any paid membership or recurring payment. Despite this, my account was charged without authorization, which I do not accept.

I am demanding an immediate refund of the full $43 charged to my card and the cancellation of any membership or subscription that may have been opened in my name. Otherwise, I will initiate a dispute through my bank and file formal complaints, exercising my legal rights.
