How My IQ Charged Me Twice Without Permission After a Single Trial Payment

186

On December 2, 2025, I made a one-time trial payment on a site called My IQ using two different email addresses—but only one of my bank accounts. I completed this payment through my Halkbank account. Although my intention was only to try the service once, $30 was withdrawn twice from my account without my permission or knowledge.

I only paid for a trial and don’t recall approving any additional membership, subscription, or package. Despite that, the same amount was charged two times, which left me wronged. I have the bank statements and receipts/screenshots to prove these transactions. I will also contact my bank (Halkbank) to file an unauthorized charge dispute and request the necessary investigation.

I demand a refund of the total $60 charged without my consent, and I request that any memberships or subscriptions opened in my name be canceled immediately.
