TikTok SMS Verification Code Not Received for 5 Months

For about five months I have been unable to log into my TikTok account using my Italian phone number, because the SMS verification code does not arrive. I enter my number correctly and wait, but the code is never received, so I cannot access my account at all. I am asking TikTok to help me recover access to my account as soon as possible by providing an alternative verification method or any other solution you can offer, because at the moment my account is completely inaccessible.
