BGMI Ban Issue After Playing Classic Matches Without Hacks

I play BGMI on my Oppo F27 Pro Plus device with Android 14, and my account with Player ID 5194056415 has been unfairly banned. A 10‑year ban message is shown on my screen when I try to log in. I had only played normal classic matches, and after about two days, when I opened my ID again, it suddenly appeared as banned. I have never used any third‑party applications, cheats, scripts, GFX tools, VPNs, modded clients or emulator accounts on this ID. I always play fairly and follow the game rules. Despite this, my account has been banned, and I have not been given any clear explanation in detail about the specific reason. I sent an email to BGMI support today regarding this issue, but I have not yet received any response. This account is very valuable to me, and I have spent a lot of time and effort on it. I request that my BGMI account be thoroughly re‑checked, the false 10‑year ban be removed, and my account be unbanned as soon as possible.
