I ordered Mustela sunscreen, only to receive a product with an expiration date marked as 2023. With it now almost 2025, I’m incredibly disappointed that such an expired product was sent to me. I initially thought I might be looking at the wrong date, but customer service confirmed that I was reading it correctly. Sending an expired item, especially a skincare product, shows a lack of care for customer safety. I expect Mustela to promptly replace this product with a fresh one and address how such an oversight happened. I urge the company to improve its quality control to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.
