I purchased the Mustela sunscreen in June 2025 from an authorized pharmacy, expecting both quality sun protection and ease of use. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the product. First of all, the sunscreen’s texture is excessively greasy, leaving an uncomfortable, oily layer on the skin. Despite applying it according to instructions, the sun protection level was not as effective as I expected.
Secondly, the product packaging itself is faulty. Before even opening the cap, the cream started leaking from the container. The tube has a gap, causing the sunscreen to spill out unnecessarily and making the product exposed to air. This not only leads to product waste but also raises concerns about hygiene and product stability.
I request a refund or replacement for this defective product and expect Mustela to address the packaging flaw and improve the product texture.
