To avoid any skin problems for my baby, I specifically chose Mustela Newborn Baby Shampoo, believing it to be a reliable and trusted brand. We have been using this product regularly since the newborn period, and my baby is now 4 months old. However, over time, red spots appeared all over my baby’s body and face, and rough, eczema-like patches developed on the head, feet, and arms. I truly cannot believe my baby’s skin has reached this condition, and I am deeply upset.
At first, I assumed this was a temporary skin issue common in babies and tried not to worry too much. I even thought it might be a food-related allergy, so I followed a careful and strict diet. Despite this, there was no improvement at all. After a medical examination, once it was determined that the issue was not related to my diet, the doctor stated that it could be caused by the Mustela Newborn Shampoo and clearly advised me to stop using the product.
I purchased three units of this product around September 2025 from a pharmacy in Mersin. I still have the product boxes, lot numbers, and expiration dates, and I can share them if requested. The redness on my baby’s body has still not fully resolved, and this process has been extremely exhausting and distressing for our family. I cannot accept that a product intended for babies could cause such reactions, and I believe the company bears responsibility for this situation.
I request that this troubling issue be taken seriously, that the products in my possession be thoroughly investigated, and that all necessary measures be taken to prevent other families from experiencing a similar situation. I also expect a clear, detailed, and satisfactory explanation regarding this matter.
