Mustela Sun Cream Burns Eyes Despite “No Stinging” Claim

Around July 25, I purchased a Mustela brand sunscreen from Hayat Pharmacy in Niksar, Tokat. The pharmacist specifically assured me that the product would not cause eye irritation, which is why I decided to buy it. However, after my first use, I experienced a strong burning and watering sensation in my eyes. Because of this, I was unable to continue using the product and immediately wanted to return it.

When I went back to the pharmacy to request a return, neither a product exchange nor a refund was offered. I can only verify my purchase through my bank transaction record. I then contacted Mustela’s customer service, and they said they could send me a replacement product. However, I am not requesting a replacement—I want a refund of the ₺1,200 I paid.

Since the product’s formula causes eye irritation, I am unable to use it. I kindly request that my refund be processed and my grievance resolved as soon as possible.
