I cancelled my MUBI subscription on the website around three months ago and have not been using any MUBI service since then. Despite this, on 2 March, I was unexpectedly charged again without my consent via BT Pay. The transaction shows as a BT Pay payment with the merchant code 7929 BANDS ORCHESTRAS + MISC ENTRTNRS – NOT ELSWH CLAS, and the location information appears as WWW.MUBI.COM +120127396**8. I did not authorize any new subscription or renewal, and I consider this charge to be unauthorized. I contacted MUBI customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I request that the full amount charged on 2 March be refunded to me immediately and that my cancellation be respected so that no further payments are taken from my account without my explicit consent.
