MTNL FTTH Promised 300 Mbps But I Barely Get 50 Mbps and No Solutions

From MTNL, I have a FTTH connection; my plan calls for speeds of 300 Mbps. I have rarely observed speeds beyond 50 Mbps despite this. I have complained several times; each time a technician comes to check the connection. The visits, though, seem meaningless as the speed problem still exists. When I ask the technician a question, I get the number of a senior staff member who then points me in another direction. I am annoyed and without a remedy from this never-ending circle. I have lately ceased bothering to grumble. Although they pay a little more, private ISPs at least cherish their clients and keep up to their commitments.
