I installed the Mspy app on my child’s phone and was told I needed an Extreme membership for video and audio recordings. When I first signed up, the Premium plan was reasonably priced, while the Extreme plan was ₺989. I made sure to select the Extreme plan, but I received an error. Then, without my consent, ₺928 was withdrawn from my account, and only a Premium membership was activated.

When I contacted customer service, they responded rudely, insisting that I had purchased a Premium membership, refusing to correct the mistake. I thought maybe I had made an error, so I attempted to purchase the Extreme plan again, but I got the same error. Even when the price dropped to ₺350, I still couldn't activate it. Meanwhile, Mspy charged me another ₺928, and I never received the Extreme membership.

I have screenshots as proof, and I have filed a complaint demanding a full refund.
