Dear Miss/Sir,
My name is Emir YILD**. I purchased my MSI Z16 Creator laptop from the USA on 20/07/2021. After acquiring the laptop, I encountered some issues related to the screen and sound. As I continued my postgraduate education in Germany, I sent the computer for warranty service in Germany in 03/2022. My complaints were as follows: Audio errors and random very thin lines, both white and blocky, were appearing from the upper left corner of the screen to the lower left corner. This screen problem occurred sporadically within a single frame. However, my laptop returned from warranty service stating that there was no issue. I believe the reason for this was that the problem I mentioned had occurred for a very brief period. Being a student and not having another laptop, I couldn't send my laptop back for warranty service. Nevertheless, on 25/08/2023, my laptop began displaying a black screen (the laptop turns on, but the screen remains black) at random intervals (video attached). Additionally, sometimes the screen's color and the icons on it change. This problem has persisted since it first appeared, and I was able to capture a photo of it (photo attached). The photo on the left shows Autodesk Fusion 360 in its usual orange color, while the one on the right displays it differently. Sometimes the computer screen works, and sometimes it doesn't. I have included a video in the "new videos" section that captures the moment when the screen did not work. In summary, the issue with my laptop's screen, which I previously sent for warranty service, has gradually worsened and has now become what it is today. The same problems persist, and I am requesting that this issue be resolved under warranty. Please note that I have attached the old RMA number and shipping information that I provided when I sent it for warranty service, so you can check your system to see if the same problems continue. Warranty documents are also attached. Afterward, I sent my laptop to the Warranty service in Turkey, and they determined that the screen needed to be replaced. I have received my laptop back, but the bottom part of the screen is literally open, revealing the circuits inside. As a student, I deeply regret purchasing an MSI Laptop, and I urgently need my problem to be resolved.
Sincerely,
Emir YILD**
