Hey, today (May 9, 2023) I took my MSI laptop to the authorized service center called Servis Point. I had some issues with overheating, performance, and battery life, even though the warranty is still valid. So, around 15 minutes after I gave the product to this employee named T****, he called me and told me that he noticed some issues with my battery. It has to be replaced. He asked for 150 ₺ (plus VAT) to replace the battery, saying that the battery warranty lasts for 1 year. I said no because I can't afford that much money, and I don't want to replace the battery. I don't get why they're asking for money for a laptop battery that's covered by a warranty for all parts for 2 years. You can't buy the battery separately, and I didn't have to pay extra for it when I bought it. If the people in charge of this problem notice, I would like to get some feedback.
