MSI GK 30 Combo Keyboard Set Complaint

I purchased the MSI GK 30 Combo keyboard set from an Amazon TR seller. After the product malfunctioned, I sent it for warranty repair and received a DOA report from the warranty service. However, the seller failed to provide a replacement due to lack of stock. While I didn't request a refund, the current price of the product has skyrocketed to ₺1800-₺2000 from ₺539 when I bought it. Accepting a refund would be detrimental to my finances, as I'm not at fault for the product's defect. I suggested to Amazon customer service that if they're out of stock or unable to provide a direct replacement, they should offer an upgrade to a higher model. However, they insisted on needing a manufacturer's report. When I contacted MSI Turkey's distributor, they stated they don't offer such a service and advised to proceed with the DOA report I have. Despite explaining this to Amazon customer service, they simply offered a refund, refusing to send the higher model available in stock. I've exhausted my efforts and now demand prompt resolution of my grievance. If this matter is of no concern to you, I'll seek recourse through the Consumer Arbitration Board.
