MovieStarPlanet won't send my password reset email, how can I log in again?

If MovieStarPlanet is not sending your password reset email, you can try these steps to regain access:
Check your spam or junk folder first;
• Open your email inbox and check:
– Spam / Junk folder
– Promotions or Social tabs (Gmail)
• Search for “MovieStarPlanet” in your email
• Sometimes reset emails are filtered automatically
Wait and try sending the reset again;
• Go to the login page
• Click Forgot Password
• Enter your registered email again
Make sure you are using the correct email;
• Many users forget which email they registered with
• Try other emails you may have used for the account
Check if your email inbox is full;
• If your mailbox is full, new emails may not arrive
• Delete some emails and request the reset again
