MovieStarPlanet Support Refuses Help Without Old Payment Receipt

I have been experiencing a serious security issue for a long time with my account registered under the username “Lena18970” on the MovieStarPlanet Turkey server. I previously purchased VIP memberships twice (a 1-week VIP between 2018–2019 and a 1-year VIP in 2025), and I have spent approximately $50–$65 in total, including diamond and bronze packages.
Since mid-2025, I have not been able to access the old email address linked to my account, so I cannot change my password and do not feel secure. My old email address is tied to an old phone number, which I no longer have access to. Additionally, someone I used to talk to still knows my password, and since I cannot change it, my account is at serious risk.
My account contains many valuable items, and this situation is causing significant distress. I have contacted MovieStarPlanet support multiple times via email through their website and submitted a total of 5 purchase receipts. However, each time I received automated responses stating that due to the high level of my account, they cannot assist without an older payment receipt. Even though I explained that I no longer have access to my old email and can prove ownership through my account details, my requests have not been taken into consideration.
To secure my account and resolve this issue, I request that the email address linked to my account be updated to “l**********@gmail.com.” Until this change is made, both my access and account security remain at serious risk.
