On August 3rd, 2025 at 08:49:37, I initiated a withdrawal of 3,000 TL from my Papara account to the following IBAN: TR86**********************20. The transaction reference number is 500319.
Although the withdrawal shows as processed in my Papara account history, the funds have still not reached my bank account. Enough time has passed that the transfer should have been completed, yet the money remains missing.
This is the first time I have encountered such an issue with Papara. I have not yet contacted Papara’s customer service team, but I expect a full investigation into this matter.
I urgently request that my withdrawal be reviewed and the missing 3,000 TL be transferred to my bank account without further delay.
