However, the transferred amount has still not reached the recipient’s account. I immediately contacted Transfer Bank’s customer service, but I received no clear response. Instead, I was only told that the money would be refunded. To this day, no refund has been issued, and I remain without access to my funds.
This situation has caused me both financial inconvenience and frustration. I request that this matter be resolved urgently and that the 3,000 TL either be deposited into the intended account or fully refunded to me without further delay.
