During the match, in the 59th minute, the ball clearly hit the post, which was confirmed by the official broadcast on beIN Sports and by Opta statistics. Despite this, my bet was settled as a loss. This is inconsistent with the actual event that occurred in the match and with the official data sources I have submitted. I contacted Mostbet customer support multiple times via Telegram and email, providing official video evidence from beIN Sports as well as Opta statistics that clearly show the ball hitting the post. However, my evidence was ignored, and I only received a generic response stating “Your bet lost,” without any proper investigation or explanation. I request that Mostbet review this incident again based on the official broadcast and statistical data, correct the settlement of my bet and pay my full winnings in accordance with the confirmed result.
