I Face Mospet Balance Transfer Failure Due to Outdated Phone Number
On September 5, 2024, at 01:05, I attempted to transfer my balance from the Mospet app to my Garanti Bank account (IBAN: TR19**********************91). However, since I was unable to update my registered phone number, I did not receive the required confirmation code, and the transfer could not be completed. For the past five days, my funds have been stuck in the application, leaving me without access to my money.
I contacted both Mospet and Garanti Bank customer service multiple times to resolve the issue. Despite sharing all the necessary details via email, I have not received any solution or clear feedback. This lack of response has only added to my frustration.
I expect Mospet to immediately process my transfer and ensure that my balance is successfully moved to my Garanti Bank account. I also request that this issue be fixed permanently so that users can update their phone numbers without being blocked from withdrawing their own funds. I ask for urgent support to resolve my grievance as soon as possible.
