I Face Incorrect Bus Tracking on Moovit ER1 Line
I have been using the Moovit mobile app to track the ER1 line, but I have been experiencing serious issues for a long time. The live tracking feature often does not work, buses do not arrive at the stop at the indicated times, and the information in the app does not match real-life conditions at all.
On the ER1 line, especially at Bağdat Çıkışı Stop and Kantarcı Stop, buses are frequently delayed by 20 to 30 minutes. Even though the app shows notifications such as “bus approaching” or indicates a specific arrival time, there is often no bus at the stop at those times. Since the number of trips on this route is already limited, these inaccurate and incomplete updates force people to wait at stops for long periods.
I request that Moovit fix the live tracking data for the ER1 line, update the schedule and timing information to reflect real conditions, and take necessary actions to improve service frequency on this route. Misleading notifications and incorrect data should be addressed to prevent further inconvenience for users.
