I Face Incorrect Bus Timing Issue on Moovit App

On February 20, while using the Moovit app to wait for the number 19 bus at Bostancı Sanayi stop, I experienced a serious inconvenience. The app showed that the bus would arrive at 10:02 PM, so I relied on this information and waited in very cold weather using my Android phone.

I waited for one hour in the cold, but during that time, the app suddenly removed the bus route entirely without any explanation or warning. My time was wasted, and I was left physically uncomfortable due to the weather. I do not find it acceptable for an application to mislead users to this extent and disregard their time.

Additionally, I find the app interface poorly designed, and the excessive ads further worsen the user experience. I expect Moovit to urgently fix its system regarding bus arrival times and waiting information, improve accuracy to prevent misleading data, and provide an apology along with a clear explanation for the inconvenience caused.
