Montblanc Leather Wallet Peeled Within Months and Was Denied Replacement


I purchased a leather wallet from Montblanc, and within just a few months, the leather started peeling. When I requested a replacement, the wallet was sent for inspection, but Montblanc claimed it was a "user error" and refused to replace it.
What’s more frustrating is that I learned the leather used in this product has been discontinued due to numerous complaints. This clearly shows there was a problem with the material itself. Despite this, Montblanc refuses to take responsibility for the defective product.
As a well-known luxury brand, Montblanc failed to deliver the quality and customer experience I expected. I demand a resolution to this issue and a proper replacement for the faulty wallet.
