They replaced my computer's motherboard with a Monster motherboard for a fee, as they had damaged the original one. Up to this point, there doesn't seem to be an issue, right? Upon receiving the computer, I noticed that one RAM module was missing. When I inquired about it, I learned that Monster had removed it separately due to damage during the repair. I had to purchase a new RAM and send it to the company. While conducting a thorough check of the computer, I observed missing screws on the back cover, scratches on the panel, and cracks on the back cover. When I opened the case, I discovered that the motherboard screws had been forcefully removed, causing damage. Additionally, the USB ports were not functioning. I contacted Monster, and they requested me to send it to an authorized service center for inspection. After some time, Monster acknowledged their mistakes and replaced the entire panel, case, and motherboard at no cost. Upon receiving the computer again, I noticed that the screen remained black when powered on. After putting it in sleep mode and waking it up, the display worked. They mentioned it might be due to incompatibility with the dGPU, and they requested the device back for further inspection. Due to being in an earthquake-affected area and having online classes, I couldn't send it immediately. They approved the delay, and I used the computer for another two months before sending it back during the semester break. The Monster service called me, asking for a payment of 6900 TL for the panel. I refused, stating that I wouldn't pay for the panel they replaced. They insinuated that I might have caused the issue, but I insisted on reviewing the records. After four days, they called again, agreeing to a free replacement. This process took about three weeks, and I received the device yesterday. Upon turning it on, the computer remained stuck on a black screen. They acknowledged the issue and asked for it back. As the problem persisted, I agreed to return the computer. I left it charging with the monitor slightly tilted, and when I returned, I found the panel almost detached, nearly on top of the keyboard. Today, when I spoke with a customer representative, they suggested sending the computer first and then advised me to consider purchasing a new device. I am sending the computer back to Monster, and my request is for them to send me a new device rather than me buying one. This is my request.
