Monster Notebook KAD032487070 Technical Service Issue
I handed over my computer to technical service with the number KAD032487070. They facilitated the replacement of the initial computer; however, after that, the same computer started experiencing chronic errors again, as of the third month. Despite experiencing issues like freezing, lagging, and screen glitches, and despite my request for a replacement with a processor or specifications, Monster Company initiated the return process without directly contacting me or providing information. Despite my explicit request not to return the item and despite indicating a clear note for replacement in the service records, they failed to respond to me properly. They thought they found a unilateral and unethical solution, which I only learned about when I contacted customer service. I demand that this situation be resolved promptly and that instead of a refund, the necessary and good computer replacement be provided, with procurement of a computer with the same specifications as a different good model instead of the same model.
