Monster Notebook's Lifetime Maintenance Left My Laptop with Screen and Fan Issues


I sent my Monster Notebook to their technical service for lifetime maintenance. When I got it back, the right corner of the screen frame started to separate every time I closed the laptop, as shown in the attached photo. Additionally, the fan now runs excessively even when the laptop is idle, which wasn’t an issue before.
How can a laptop that was perfectly functional before service return with these problems? Monster promotes their lifetime maintenance service as a selling point, but this is how they handle a device that was in good condition?
I demand an immediate resolution, including proper repairs to restore my laptop to its original state. Monster Notebook, your service has seriously let me down.
