Monster Abra A7 V15.3.2 Overheating - Warranty Denied

In December, I purchased a Monster Abra A7 V15.3.2 notebook through Vodafone on the 5th of the month for approximately ₺65,000. Although it has only been about 2 months since I bought the device, I started experiencing a serious overheating problem, especially while playing games. The area around the F10–F11 keys and the adapter part become so hot that I cannot touch them for more than a few seconds, there is occasionally a smell coming from the adapter, and the device temperature does not fall below 98 degrees. Additionally, I even use an extra cooling setup with 6 fans under the laptop, and I also have photos showing this situation. At the beginning of January, I sent the device to the Monster authorized service for this reason. With the service record number Kar0126167642, I was informed that all tests had been carried out and that there was no problem with the device. The device was sent back to me after about 15–20 days. After receiving it, I completely reset the notebook and performed a clean installation of Windows 11. However, despite this, as soon as I start any game shortly after turning the device on, the same overheating problem persists with the same severity. Although I clearly stated to Monster technical service and customer service that the F10–F11 key area becomes too hot to touch for even a few seconds, that there is extreme heating and a smell coming from the adapter, I was told that this is “normal”, they stated there was no problem, and my complaint was not taken seriously. Despite calling multiple times, no permanent solution was offered and no support was provided for a product that I consider to be defective. I request from both Monster and Vodafone, from whom I purchased the device, that this product be considered defective and that my notebook be replaced with a new one. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will exercise my legal rights and apply to the relevant authorities.
