Monster Abra A5 V20.3 Notebook Constant Issues and Frequent Repairs




I purchased the Monster Abra A5 V20.3 notebook a year ago, and almost every part has been replaced since then. The device constantly gives blue screen errors and various components stop working. First, the SSD failed and was replaced. Three months later, the touchpad malfunctioned, and when I sent it for repair, both the touchpad and motherboard were replaced. That repair took two weeks.
The device was just returned yesterday, and now I’ve discovered that the USB ports aren’t working. Am I expected to wait another two weeks for this to be repaired? Over the past year, the laptop has spent about a month in service. I’m extremely frustrated with these constant issues and the need for repeated service visits. This is unacceptable for a device I’ve owned for only a year. I demand a proper resolution.
