MoneyGram Caller ID Error Is Damaging My Reputation And Daily Life
I am experiencing a serious problem related to MoneyGram because my phone number has been shared online without my permission as if it belongs to a MoneyGram branch or agent location. For approximately the past two weeks, people who want to make money transfers have been constantly calling me, causing significant disturbance and inconvenience in my daily life.
In addition, when I call other people, my phone number appears on their screens as “MoneyGram.” Because of this, some people react negatively and even ask me questions such as, “Are you a scammer?” This situation is seriously damaging my personal reputation and negatively affecting both my social and daily life.
When I first noticed the issue, I contacted Mr. C**, who is responsible for MoneyGram operations in İzmir. I was told that the problem would be corrected. However, despite two weeks passing since that conversation, no solution has been provided and the issue still continues.
I request that my phone number immediately be removed from all internet channels and listings where it is falsely presented as a MoneyGram branch or business contact. I also demand that the issue causing my outgoing calls to appear as “MoneyGram” on other people’s phones be urgently investigated and corrected.
I want my grievance resolved as soon as possible. This issue is taking place in İzmir, Turkey.
