MoneyGram Blocked My €350 Transfer With Error Code 0062

When I tried to withdraw €350 sent to me from Germany via MoneyGram at a MoneyGram location in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, I received an error message during the transaction stating: “This customer cannot complete the transaction (0062), please email the compliance officer.” As a result, I was unable to withdraw the money.
I tried the same transaction again at a different location, but I encountered the same 0062 error code, and once again, I could not receive my funds.
After this issue occurred, I spoke with both the location where I attempted the transaction and MoneyGram customer service. However, I was told that they could not assist me and that I would need to contact the provided email address instead. Despite this, I am still unable to access the transferred funds, and no concrete solution has been offered, which has caused me serious inconvenience.
I am requesting a clear explanation for the 0062 restriction shown under my name in the MoneyGram system, that the necessary review be conducted urgently, that the block be lifted, and that I be provided with clear written information so I can withdraw the €350 sent from Germany without any issues.
