Mobimatter Balkans Special eSIM Won’t Work on iPhone 15

I purchased the Balkans Special 5GB eSIM from Mobimatter on July 26, expecting it to work seamlessly on my iPhone 15. However, after installing the eSIM, I couldn’t use it at all. I followed every troubleshooting step provided in the app, but nothing worked. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no way to reach customer support—no live chat, no proper assistance, just automated responses that lead nowhere. I paid for a service that doesn’t work, and I demand a refund for my wasted money (₺). If Mobimatter is selling non-functional eSIMs, they should at least have real customer support. Fix this now!
